Rocky Ravine became the fastest person to cross the Darian Gap by motor vehicle in this three month expedition from Panama to Columbia. With a crew of over 20 locals, he was able to bushwack a path and drag his Land Rover through this dense jungle.

Walking Across Mongolia

Rocky Ravine became the first person ever to walk clear across Mongolia from East to West on this seven month trek. To survive, he relyed heavly on the generosity of the many locals he encountered along the way.

Around the World in 80 Days

1999
|
To commerate the end of the millennium, Rocky Ravine replicated the journey in "Around the World in 80 Days" by Jules Verne. Like in the book, he traveled by hot air ballon, only touching down to replenish supplies.

The Seven Summits without Supplemental Oxygen

Rocky Ravine climbed the highest peak on each of the seven continents without the help of supplemental oxygen over the course of a year. All this came for a cost though, as he lost one of his toes to frostbite on Denali. This was possible through sponsorship by American Airlines, Nuun, and Cliff Bar.

Rocky Ravine visited over 21 in a single day, setting a Guinness World Record that still stands by releying on the density of the European Continent for quick travel. His transportation varied from airplane, to car, to bike, and even to mule.
